There are many talented guys in Kazakhstan who understand IT, 

and they want to connect life with this sphere. Since there are no
opportunities to do this in Kazakhstan, they either leave or work
on small projects, developing the design of leaflets, business cards,
apartments.

Digital Factory decided to gather young talents and create
games with them, simultaneously teaching them design, 3D modeling,
programming and marketing.

Thanks to real projects, it is easier for a person to understand IT and become a sought-after specialist.No one in Kazakhstan develops computer games, game engines on a large scale, 

or engaged in serious 2d or 3d animation. It is difficult for talented young
people to gather in groups and develop something large-scale.

Over the past 20 years, the need for educational programs
and games has increased all over the world. Only on the Steam platform, the number of players exceeded 125 million people, 

and its annual turnover is estimated at $ 180 billion.

The Wargaming company began its existence thanks to
A group of enthusiastic students who were interested
in game development, and began to create large-scale projects. In the sequel
they were bought up by major global companies such as Yahoo. 

Now the company has more than 5,000 employees, and an annual budget

which supported the projects of the start-up company.

Digital Factory already exists.  I am developing this project on my own, and in the appendix there is a presentation for those who would like to get acquainted with it in more detail.

Ozim Platform is a mobile application based on iOS and Android for parents of young children. In the application, the parent will find information about the general development of children's skills, learn more about childhood diseases, use educational videos for children's classes at home, get acquainted with international research on child development and find like-minded people in the forum.

The main idea is a short virtual tour of the selected location. Bird's-eye views, a guide, pleasant national music and the highlight will be a realistic picture with full immersion in the fabulous corners of the vast country.

Legal Tech is one of the developing areas and every year we see an increase in the number of startups in this direction.  Legal Tech is not only about how IT helps lawyers, nor only about the makretplace. It is also about the provision of legal services using IT. For example:

Air Help is a startup that helps to get compensation from the airline for flight delays. The service was launched in 2015, and since then has helped more than 900 thousand passengers receive compensation. The average payout was €400.

This is not a link between the client and the lawyers. Recovery is handled by the service's lawyers.

jinn.ru - subscription to legal services for business. Service from the creators of the marketplace pravoved.ru . Here, too, legal services using IT.

The same examples can be given from the field of accounting services and other consulting.

Therefore, taking into account the above, I propose to expand the list of priority activities and, in general, not stop at completely IT projects, and pay attention to startups working with IT and possibly help them increase their IT component.

Создание CRM сервиса для выполнения 3 основных функций с целью повышения эффективности работы частных судебных исполнителей РК.

1. Обработка данных и автоматическое формирование более 300 документов на казахском и русском языке.

2. Автоматический расчет задолженности по алиментам и авто распределение полученных денежных средств.

3. Контроль за поступлениями, затратами, прогрессом по процедуре взыскания и т.п.

4. Отчеты помогающие ЧСИ анализировать его работу и не тратить время на сдачу отчетов контролирующим органам

Большинство исходных данных заполняются в автоматическом режиме для еще более уменьшения затрат ЧСИ на делопроизводство и уменьшения риска ошибок из-за человеческого фактора, соответсвенно уввеличится время для операционной деятельности. 

По факту тестирования и работы ЧСИ экономия времени при работе по взысканию Алиментов (социальная задача) с 3 часов до 10 минут.

Общая информация:
Планируется запуск программы развития человеческого капитала в области IT, а именно система субсидирования обучения талантливых студентов, желающих стать специалистами в сфере IT. Целями программы являются:
- стимулирование появления новых IT-школ;
- увеличение числа IT-специалистов в Республике Казахстан.

Принцип работы программы: 
Планируется распределение ограниченного объема фиксированных квот в период с 2022 по 2025 годы. Размер одной квоты позволит студенту получить годичное образование в области IT. Для студентов не исключается возможность повторного участия в программе.

Запрос:
Представить концепцию программы. В том числе механизм аккредитации школ и их учебных планов, механизм отбора студентов, общие принципы взаимодействия всех участников программы.

Суть идеи заключается в том что бы создать платформу на основе ежемесячных подписок, в котором будут опубликованы подготовительные материалы по выпускным экзаменам общеобразовательных школ и НИШ. 
Особенность и вишенка платформы будет заключаться в следующем:

1. Оформление всех задач, и группирование по предметам, темам, год экзамена, компонент экзамена. Преимущество в том, что ученик может сразу же готовиться по темам которые он не знает, и сравнивать в каком году приходили какие задание по данной теме и сразу же посмотреть ответ.
2. Создание определенного конспекта, который точечно написан с учетом типа вопроса и описанием какая структура ответа ожидается от учащегося в данном вопросе.

В дальнейшем можно внедрить онлайн курсы, видеоуроки которые будут вести отборные учителя с хорошим рейтингом, и профессиональным стажем, со школ НИШ, РФМШ, КТЛ и тд.

Инициатива заключается в том, чтобы научить распознавать в речи товарные наименования используя станцию Siri (Apple) или Alexa (Amazon) или Алиса (Yandex), чтобы облегчить процедуру заказа товара. Интегрировать с "Каспи Банк", заключить соглашение с "Казпочта", на выходе амазон на минималках. Идея не нова, но может сконцентрировать вокруг себя казахстанских специалистов.
