Hexlet Online Programming School was founded in 2012 by Rahim Davletkaliyev. In 2013, Kirill Mokevnin joined the project. Initially, the project was developed by programmers for programmers, focusing on self-paced, practice-oriented learning. In 2015, Hexlet introduced educational courses for beginners and job-oriented training. Today, Hexlet is an online platform for IT education with over 700 courses and 2000+ practical tasks with automatic checks and browser-based tests, along with its own career center to assist with student employment.
