About course

More on ONESOFT

The Business and system analysis course is designed for those who aspire to become professionals in the field of requirements analysis and project management in information technology. This course provides participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and methodologies to successfully solve business problems through the application of modern approaches to analysis and project management in IT. The role of the business and systems analyst has become so significant that no IT company is without one. Earlier, enterprises used to work on a developer-client scheme. As a result of such a scenario, the client's requirements were implemented in such a way that the software was impossible to use for an ordinary user or inconvenient for the customer himself. The profession of a business and systems analyst is to analyse the client's business processes in order to identify vulnerabilities and propose solutions to improve them, to study the organisation's information systems, to determine their needs for development and modernisation, and to develop technical specifications for the creation and modernisation of information systems.
