User agreement
Your use of modules and information content of the information system "Astanahub.com" is permissible only after reading and agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement is the main document that establishes the conditions for the provision by the Corporate Fund "International Park of IT Startups "Astana Hub" (Fund) of services and information in the information system "Astanahub.com" (hereinafter referred to as IS) to the IP User (User);
1. General provisions
1.1. The use of IP means the User's full consent to all the terms of this Agreement, which the IP Fund has the right to change unilaterally without the consent of the Users and without notice. The User is obliged to monitor the changes made to this Agreement independently;
1.2. The IP user can be any natural or legal person who complies with the requirements of this Agreement and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2. Obligations and rights of the parties:
2.1. The User is obliged to:
2.1.1. Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
2.1.2. Not to perform actions aimed at harming the interests of the Fund, impeding the functioning of the IP, the use of IP materials without the consent of the IP Administration and the Fund;
2.1.3. Notify the technical support of the IP by email: support@astanahub.com , in case of compromise of User account authentication data (obtaining information about the User's username and password by third parties);
2.1.4. Provide only reliable information when registering your account and submitting applications for services in the IP;
2.2. The User has the right to:
2.2.1. At any time to stop using the materials and services of the IP, notifying the technical support of the IP to block his account by email support@astanahub.com
2.3. The Fund is obliged to:
2.3.1. If the User complies with all the terms of this Agreement, do not prevent the User from receiving the services and information content of the IP;
2.3.2. Notify Users about ongoing technical and routine maintenance work in the IP;
2.3.3. To provide only verified and reliable information to the IP within the competence of the Fund;
2.4. The Foundation has the right to:
2.4.1. Process the User's personal data obtained during registration and further use of IP in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection" (hereinafter referred to as the Law "On Personal Data and their Protection") and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015, No. 418-V "On informatization".
2.4.2. Block the User account in the following cases:
2.4.2.1. Violations by the User of the terms of this Agreement;
2.4.2.2. Providing false information during registration;
2.4.2.3. Performing actions by the User aimed at causing material and/or image interest to the Fund when using materials and/or IP services;
2.4.1.4. Receiving information from the User about the compromise of User authentication data; 2.4.1.5. If the User account is inactive for more than 3 (three) calendar months.
3. Feedback

4. Other provisions
4.1. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Issues not regulated by this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by this Agreement are subject to pre-trial settlement of the dispute by sending a claim.
4.2. If it is impossible to resolve disputes and disagreements through mutual negotiations, they are subject to consideration in the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Astana in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.3. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
4.4. Inaction on the part of "Astana Hub" in case of violation by Users of the provisions of this Agreement does not deprive "Astana Hub" of the right to protect its rights and interests for any period, and also does not constitute a waiver of "Astana Hub" of its rights, in case of further such violations.
4.5. This Agreement is written in Kazakh, Russian and English.
4.6. To view information and use the Personal Account and /or the Product, the User can use the Internet browsers Google Chrome, Yandex.Browser, Apple Safari, Mozilla FireFox and Internet Explorer. The Foundation does not guarantee the full functionality of the Personal Account and/or the Product when using other Internet browsers.
